  Continuously improve the Safety & Security Management skills of our personnel ashore and on board ships though training, drills and Contingency plans.

  Ensure rapid notification, prompt investigation, corrective action and analysis of all Incidents.

  Meet or exceed all relevant regulatory requirements.

  Encourage active participation by all employees ensuring a “No Blame” safety culture.

  Establish and maintain a proactive Management system and continually review Safe working practices & procedures.

  Actively demonstrate Management commitment.

  Communicate this policy clearly to all employees, contractors, suppliers and customers.
